Watch Pursuit is a consumer search and pricing intelligence platform for luxury watches. We aggregate publicly available listing data from third-party marketplaces and provide search, comparison, and pricing tools designed to help you research the watch market.

Watch Pursuit is not a marketplace, dealer, broker, or intermediary. We do not sell watches. We do not buy watches. We do not facilitate, process, or participate in any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not hold inventory, take custody of goods, or handle payment on behalf of any party. When you click through from Watch Pursuit to a third-party marketplace or retailer, you are leaving our platform and entering into a direct relationship with that third party. That third party's own terms of service and privacy policy govern your interaction with them from that point forward.

Certain features of the Services may require you to create an account using a social login provider (such as Google, Apple, or Facebook) or other registration methods we make available. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

Watch Pursuit provides pricing tools, including price analysis, price badges, trend data, and market comparisons, as informational resources only. These tools are designed to help you evaluate the watch market and make more informed purchasing decisions.

Watch Pursuit's pricing tools do not constitute an appraisal, valuation, guarantee, or recommendation to buy or sell any watch at any price. Pricing data is derived from publicly available listing data aggregated from third-party sources and is subject to inherent limitations, including but not limited to: incomplete marketplace coverage, differences in watch condition that may not be reflected in listing data, variant and configuration differences within a single reference number, and the distinction between asking prices (which we aggregate) and completed transaction prices (which are generally not publicly available). We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our pricing tools, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any pricing data.

You acknowledge that purchasing decisions involve factors beyond pricing data alone, including watch condition, provenance, seller reputation, warranty status, and your own independent assessment. Watch Pursuit is not responsible for any purchasing decision you make based on information provided through the Services.

The Services display watch listings aggregated from third-party marketplaces and retailers. These listings are provided by third parties, not by Watch Pursuit. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any listing information, including but not limited to the description, condition, authenticity, availability, or price of any watch listed on a third-party marketplace.

Listing data displayed on Watch Pursuit may not reflect real-time availability or current pricing. Prices may change, and listings may be removed, sold, or modified by the third-party seller at any time. Always verify listing details directly with the seller or marketplace before making a purchasing decision.

When you click through from Watch Pursuit to a third-party marketplace or retailer, you leave our Services. We are not a party to any transaction you enter into with a third party. We are not responsible for the products, services, conduct, or practices of any third-party marketplace, retailer, or seller. Any disputes arising from a transaction with a third party must be resolved directly with that third party.

Watch Pursuit maintains affiliate partnerships with certain third-party marketplaces and retailers. When you click through to a partner marketplace from our platform and complete a purchase, Watch Pursuit may earn a commission from that marketplace. This commission is paid by the marketplace, not by you, and does not affect the price you pay.

Our affiliate relationships do not influence our pricing intelligence tools, including our price badges and price analysis. Pricing data is calculated independently using our proprietary methodology and is applied consistently across all listings regardless of whether the source marketplace is an affiliate partner.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, pricing data, pricing methodology, watch reference library data, software, and the overall design and arrangement of the Services, are the property of Watch Collector Corner Inc. or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

The Watch Pursuit name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Watch Collector Corner Inc. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

Third-party brand names, product names, reference numbers, and trademarks appearing on the Services are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on Watch Pursuit does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship by those third parties.

By providing your email address or subscribing to any communication from Watch Pursuit, you consent to receive commercial electronic messages from us in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any message or by contacting us at privacy@watchpursuitinc.com. We will process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days as required by CASL.

Every commercial electronic message we send will include our sender identification, valid contact information including a physical mailing address, and a functional unsubscribe mechanism, as required by CASL.

Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may continue to send you transactional messages related to your account or use of the Services, such as price alert notifications, saved search updates, and account security communications.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WATCH PURSUIT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

WATCH PURSUIT MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT DISPLAYED ON THE SERVICES, INCLUDING PRICING DATA, LISTING INFORMATION, WATCH SPECIFICATIONS, OR MARKET TREND DATA. YOU USE THE SERVICES AND RELY ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised. Changes become effective when we post the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please discontinue your use of the Services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Watch Collector Corner Inc. with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written, between you and Watch Pursuit regarding the Services.
