WATCH PURSUIT
Finding the right timepiece...

One of the defining names in aviation watches, and one of IWC's two pillars. The Pilot's Watch descends from cockpit instruments of the 1930s and 40s, so the DNA is all legibility: a clean black dial, a triangle at 12 flanked by two dots, oversized numerals, and a big conical crown you can work with gloves on. The family is broad. At its heart is the Big Pilot, with its unmistakable oversized case and power-reserve display, alongside the more wearable Mark XX, the Pilot's Chronograph, and the hard-wearing ceramic Top Gun and 'Le Petit Prince' editions with their own dial colors. You'll meet it in steel, bronze, titanium, and ceramic. It's rugged, instantly readable, and about as iconic as a tool watch gets.
